Karen has worked in luxury travel and touring for 30 years and is extremely well travelled. Well connected, she is known for her unique and innovative itineraries with a personal touch. She actively encourages visitors to venture out of London to visit incredible destinations such as Shropshire and The Lake District which offer a very different perspective on the UK.
Tilly

Guest Relations

Tilly is first to greet every visitor to the Crown Journey office and make them welcome. She’s a good listener but sometimes falls asleep in the middle of a story so can’t be relied on. Unless treats are involved.
Agatha

Guest Relations Assistant

Agatha has only recently joined the Crown Journey team and is busy with training for her guest relations role, under the expert supervision of Tilly. Agatha is always happy to greet visitors and welcome them to the office.
